Although he is drawn primarily to architecture, James Wilson will shoot almost anything that catches his eye. James is the child of an artist, and spent much of his childhood being dragged to various exhibits. His own creative interests eventually blossomed, and a class at a local community college got him started on the path to photography.
James Wilson uses film rather than digital, because he loves the security of a tangible image. He loves the limitations and contemplating the complex variables of a scene as he considers his shot. He loves the physical feel of a negative or a print. He even loves the smell of a dark room.
